Done = variations are attached to the right track with audio present.

Done = a winner is selected and obvious non‑winners are skipped or archived.

Done = the selected winner still makes sense after a short re‑listen.

Done = the share page shows the intended shortlist/winner and is safe to send.

Done = notes reviewed, winner confirmed or deliberately changed.

Done = storage pressure is reduced and the active workspace is readable again.
