What counts, what doesn’t, and why numbers can differ.

Telemetry is intentionally lightweight. It’s meant to support decisions—not become the work.

What counts

• Plays
• Likes
• Notes

What doesn’t count (and why)

• Rapid repeats from the same session may be deduped.
• Unloaded or interrupted plays might not register.

Anonymous vs logged‑in

Anonymous listeners are tracked by session. Logged‑in listeners are tracked by account.

This can cause small differences in totals depending on how someone listens and returns.

If numbers look wrong

• Refresh the share page.
• Check if the link was updated or replaced.
• If it still looks wrong, report it via in‑app feedback.
