Share likes/plays not updating

Likely cause: the share page hasn’t refreshed or the link is stale.

Fix: refresh the share page. If the link is old, republish the share link from your workspace.

Likely cause: the confirmation/share link was already used or is malformed.

Fix: if you already joined the waitlist, you’re likely confirmed. If not, rejoin and request a fresh confirmation link.

Likely cause: your email isn’t approved yet or you’re signed into a different email.

Fix: use the login page, verify the email you used on the waitlist, and check for approval.

Likely cause: the listener didn’t submit, or the page was open before the latest save.

Fix: ask the listener to refresh and re‑submit. If you just made changes, refresh your workspace view.

Likely cause: no winner has been selected for that track.

Fix: open Selection and explicitly pick a winner.

Likely cause: the variation was ingested into the wrong album/track.

Fix: move or re‑ingest the variation into the correct track, then re‑select a winner.
