Archive & limits
How to stay under quota without losing your decision history.
Archiving exists to keep your workspace readable and within limits.
Why archive
- Reduce noise when many versions accumulate.
- Keep storage usage under your tier’s limits.
What archiving does
- Removes items from the active decision surface.
- Keeps metadata so you can reference decisions later.
What to archive first
- Versions you’ve skipped
- Clear non‑winners
- Old experiments you no longer need in the active flow
Restoring
If restore is available in your workspace, archived items can be brought back.
If restore is not available yet, treat archive as “hidden for now” rather than permanent deletion.
Limits
Your tier defines how much storage and activity you can use.
If you’re near a limit, archiving is the fastest way to keep moving.
